We decorate the hoop using double stuffed latex balloons of various sizes and colors based on your chosen color scheme and design. The hoop frame is 7 feet in diameter and is available in a gold finish. Best for indoor use. Outdoor designs are certainly avchievable. It just requires a stable structure to fix the design to prevent your balloons from being lost in the wind.
